We are so confident in the quality and the benefits of our products that we offer a industry-leading 365-day risk-free trial. If your pet does not take a liking to our fountain within the first year, you are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories. Please contact our support team at support@pawspout.com with your order number to initiate a return request.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us immediately at support@pawspout.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you promptly.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
